TERMS OF SERVICE

Hawaii's Inside Track was founded in 2001 to help businesses and individuals more easily and immediately research and track via the Internet their competitors, vendors and clients, without having to waste valuable personnel time or money in the city, state and federal courts and offices.

Today, Hawaii's Inside Track has nearly 2 million records from 15 agencies and courts in Hawaii, which are easily searchable.

In addition, the Tracking System helps businesses keep a close watch on the other businesses or people they are involved with in their day to day activities by sending the subscriber an email if their query appears in public record.

Subscribers can get an introductory trial rate or purchase a subscription annually at a discount.

REGISTRATION REQUIRED

Hawaii's Inside Track content is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws and no individual may reproduce, modify, copy, republish, upload, post or distribute any material, including code and software, without permission from the management.

To use the public record site and service, subscribers must register with http://www.HawaiiInsideTrack.com The subscriber agrees to provide accurate, current and complete information and to update the information when appropriate. If Hawaii's Inside Track has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is inaccurate, not current or incomplete, the principals have the right to suspend or terminate any account and refuse use of the subscribed service.

PASSWORDS

To use the public record section, subscribers need a username and password, gained during the registration process. The subscriber is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and is responsible for activities occurring under the password or account. Subscribers must immediately notify Hawaii's Inside Track of unauthorized use of passwords or accounts or any other breach of security. To avoid problems with security, Hawaii's Inside Track recommends users exit from their accounts at the end of each usage. Hawaii's Inside Track is not liable for loss or damage arising from the subscriber's failure to protect passwords and account information.

TERMINATION OF SERVICES

If users are dissatisfied with Hawaii's Inside Track's materials, products or services, the sole remedy is to discontinue using the service. Hawaii's Inside Track may cancel or terminate at any time the rights of the subscriber or reader to use its services. In the event of termination, readers and subscribers are not permitted to access the services affected by cancellation or termination.

IN SUMMARY

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Hawaii's Inside Track and readers and subscribers in regards to the information in this agreement and supersedes all previous and contemporaneous agreements, proposals and communications, written or oral.

In the event of any conflict between any such third party terms and conditions and these Terms of usage, these shall govern. This agreement is governed by laws of the State of Hawaii and the federal government of the United States of America. If any provision is unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
